Hey all, I've been spear fishing at night for about 20 years now. I started with the cheapest light I could get and you can imagen how that worked out. Over the years I bought progressively better lights but I never considered canister lights within my recreational budget....until I found the Orca Torch D620. It is a great light and it costs hundreds less than most of its' competitors. The 2700 lumens really do the job. I attached a Velcro band to it using the included allen screws so I wear it on my wrist, I run the wire under my rash guard so I don't worry about snagging it on anything. What a GREAT set up, it's a hands free super light that lasts about 2 hours which is close to twice what any of my other lights last. Put it this way; it always outlasts me! Also don't forget the battery charger, I'm charging all my rechargeable batteries on it now. It's fast, easy, it charges anything and it monitors the charge. It is as great as the light. I've used my light (alot!) for a couple years now and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone diving at night. I love mine.
