OrcaTorch D580 Professional Underwater Dive Light for Recreational Diving
OrcaTorch D580 Underwater Dive Light
The OrcaTorch D580 underwater dive light has been designed to be used for recreational diving, even under the most difficult circumstances. No electricity around to charge your 18650 rechargeable battery? No problem! The D580 comes with a battery holder for three AAA alkaline batteries, which can replace the 18650 Li-ion battery.
It produces 530 lumen, which is sufficient in most situations, but at the same time it is low priced, so it can also be used as a backup torch. Given its small size, some 12,5 cm, it can easily be put away in your BCD until the moment you need it. And as there is no light switch, there is no change of switching it on without you noticing it. Switching it on or off just needs a small turn of the light head, which, as with all OrcaTorch dive lights, is watertight protected by three O-rings.
Perfect as a secondary companion, for the moment when the battery of your primary OrcaTorch dive light, like the D700, D710, DC710 or ZD710, which can all be considered as bigger brothers of the D580, finally stops working at the end of a long second consecutive dive.
